We have developed a Venue Only package for couples who would love to celebrate at Fennes with the flexibility to choose their own specialist cultural or traditional caterers.

Venue Only Hire

All venue only hire packages include:

  • Exclusive use of the venue and grounds for the day (overnight accommodation at an additional cost)
  • A dressing room where the bride or groom can prepare on the special day
  • Red carpet available for use at the main entrance or aisle
  • Members of Fennes staff to liaise with your personnel
  • Ample car parking for you and your guests with car parking attendants
  • Full use of catering kitchen (with ovens, hot cupboards, hot and cold running water, fridge & freezer)
  • Tables and chairs to seat up to 450 guests (Green and Gold banqueting chairs included - Wooden Chiavari Chairs available at an additional cost)
  • Stage – 16ft x 8ft (made up of 4 – 8ft x 4ft x 1ft blocks)
  • Use of un-stocked portable bar / Corkage Fee included
  • Basic PA system / An easel on which to stand your table plan
  • Rubbish Disposal Fee for the caterers only
