Here is just a selection of some we serve:

Pornstar martini - Viewed as a modern classic, the Porn Star Martini is made with vanilla vodka, fresh passion fruit, passion fruit liqueur and lime juice, and is served with a shot of Champagne or Prosecco on the side. The cocktail was created in 2002 by bartender and LAB bar founder Douglas Ankrah at The Townhouse bar in Knightsbridge.

Mojito - A classic Island drink of fresh lime and sweet muddled mint. The Mojito became a favourite during the Prohibition era when rum flights would carry thirsty travellers from Miami to Havana under the cover of night.

Mai tai - This classic cocktail has a tropical influence. Spiced rum is shaken with ice, coconut rum, grenadine syrup, pineapple juice and orange juice. It’s the perfect summer drink to enjoy all year long.

Sex on the beach - There are several stories claiming to describe the origin of the Sex on the Beach. One claims that the cocktail originated in Florida USA in the spring of 1987 coinciding with the introduction of peach schnapps. A bartender at Confetti’s Bar devised the drink and gave it the name in a nod to the many tourists visiting Florida’s beaches each spring.

Long Island Iced Tea - The Long Island Iced Tea contains a higher concentration of alcohol than most highballs and is made up of a combination of 5 different spirits- Gin, Rum, Tequila, Vodka, Dry orange curaçao and tea extracts.

Gin is a very popular choice today. We have a wide variety of Gins paired with Fever Tree Tonics, if there is a special brand you want, we will find it for you!

Gordons gin - The distinctively refreshing taste comes from the finest hand-picked juniper berries and a selection of other botanicals. It’s the taste that’s made Gordon’s the world’s best-selling London Dry gin. The finest juniper, coriander and other botanicals give Gordon’s gin its special taste and flavour.

Gordons pink gin - Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin was inspired by Gordon’s original 1880 pink gin recipe. Crafted to balance the refreshing taste of Gordon’s with the sweetness of raspberries and strawberries with the tang of redcurrant. Serve in a large wine glass filled with ice, garnish with fresh strawberries and raspberries.

Bombay sapphire - A Premium London Dry Gin You Can Rely on for a Great Drink. Bombay Sapphire Gin is one of the more popular premium gins on the market for a very good reason. This London dry gin is one of those that is distinctly gin but not overwhelming on any of the botanicals, which makes it ideal for mixing into any gin cocktail.

Hendricks Gin - Hendrick’s Gin is a brand of gin produced by William Grant & Sons at the Girvan distillery, Scotland, and launched in 1999. In addition to the traditional juniper infusion, Hendrick’s uses Bulgarian rose and cucumber to add flavour. Hendrick’s gin is bottled in a dark brown, apothecary-style bottle.

Monkey 47 Gin - An unusual gin from the Black Forest in Germany, Monkey 47 (or Monkey Gin, for short) contains a unique ingredient. Cranberries! The 47 comes from the number of botanicals that go into this unique gin, and the fact it’s bottled at a healthy 47%.

Whitley Neil Rhubarb and Ginger Gin - is slightly softer and much smoother than traditional Gins, with rich notes of juniper and citrus, pot pourri and exotic spices. The finish is a long one, with a subtle fade of herbs, cocoa and candied lemon peels, while the nose is both citrus-sweet and peppery, with a distinctive floral aroma.

King of soho - The King of Soho is a London Dry Gin distilled in the heart of London using traditional methods; a complex spirit crafted with 12 botanicals to our unique flavour profile. Created as a tribute to the original ‘King of Soho’ Paul Raymond by his son Howard.
